நஞ்சுண்ட நீலகண்டன் சாமகான ரஸிஹே-என்

நெஞ்சமெனும் பஞ்சுமெத்தை ஊஞ்சலாடும் வஞ்சியே

O! Mother! Am I burden to you? Your ignorant devotee (me) gets goose bumps and
is chilled to see your assuring protection and graceful face. You love to enjoy the favorite
Sama Gana (One of the Veda of Hindu religion with a special musical tune) of Neela Kanta
(Name of Shiva with blue throat due to drinking the poison). Please have Mercy on me and
destroy all my obstacles. Kanji Kamakshi (Devi resides in Kanjeepuram) who stays
in my heart of a quilt stuffed cotton bed, swings to and fro. O! Mother! You are my bright
shining light. I trust you and surrendered at your feet for protection and shelter.
